Section 28-35-319 - Ventilation systems

(a) Adequate ventilation shall be provided in areas where airborne radioactivity could be produced.

(b) No registrant shall vent, release, or otherwise discharge airborne radioactive material to an uncontrolled area, except as specified in K.A.R. 28-35-214b.
