Section 28-19-8 - Reporting required

The references in K.A.R. 28-19-9(a) and K.A.R. 28-19-16b to reporting requirements under this regulation, the reference in K.A.R. 28-19-16b to the information required to be included in a permit application by K.A.R. 28-19-8(a), and any other reference in these regulations to the requirements of K.A.R. 28-19-8, shall be interpreted to require compliance with K.A.R. 28-19-300 through K.A.R. 28-19-304.
