Section 28-19-729e - Hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators; waste management plan

The owner or operator of the HMIWI facility shall prepare a waste management plan in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 60.55c, as in effect on July 1, 1998, which is hereby adopted by reference.
