Section 28-15a-620 - Disinfection by-products requirements of the stage 2 disinfection by-products rule

The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.620 through 141.629, as in effect on July 1, 2015, are hereby adopted by reference, except that "subpart V of this part" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-620 " and "subpart L of this part" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-130."
