Section 22-8-13 - Adoption of national codes

The following national fire protection association standards, including the annexes, are hereby adopted by reference:

(a) Standard no. 54, "national fuel gas code," 2006 edition; and

(b) standard no. 58, "liquefied petroleum gas code," 2008 edition, except that the provisions of chapter 6.25 shall be effective only on and after January 1, 2012.
