Section 17-21-6 - Concurrent jurisdiction

(a) Examinations of the applicant, its subsidiaries and its affiliates may be conducted by the commissioner. The applicant shall bear the cost of an examina-tion.

(b) The applicant's state and federal regulators may be provided with copies of reports of examinations and other information compiled by the commissioner.
