Section 112-16-1 - Definitions

(a) "Commission" means the Kansas racing commission.

(b) "Executive director" means the executive director of the commission.

(c) "Hearing body" means the commission when it conducts hearings that are not governed by the Kansas administrative procedure act and the board of stewards and the board of racing judges when they conduct hearings pursuant to K.S.A. 74-8816.
