Section 112-101-12 - Notice of bankruptcy or liquidation

Each facility manager shall notify the commission within one hour following the filing of bankruptcy or an agreement to liquidate any of the following:

(a) The facility manager;

(b) any parent company of the facility manager; or

(c) any subsidiary of the facility manager's parent company.
