Rule 661-61.5 - Marking fire safe cigarette packaging

Cigarettes that have been certified in accordance with Iowa Code section 101B.5 shall be marked as provided in Iowa Code section 101B.7. The recommended marking is the letters "FSC" displayed in accordance with any of the methods described in Iowa Code section 101B.7.
