Rule 661-400.4 - Meetings of board of trustees

The board of trustees shall meet at least quarterly, or upon the call of the chairperson. A quorum of the board shall consist of three members, and three concurring votes shall be necessary for a decision by the board. For purposes of a quorum or for voting, a member may participate in person, by audio conference or by videoconference.
