Rule 661-372.4 - Supplemental statements

A manufactured or mobile home retailer shall file with the commissioner a written statement upon change of name or change of location of the retailer's place of business. The written statement shall be filed within ten days of the change with a fee of $100 in payment for a new license reflecting the change.
