Rule 661-28.2 - Cultivated marijuana

Upon receipt of information pertaining to marijuana cultivation or harvesting, the department of public safety, division of narcotics enforcement, shall investigate. If the information is valid and cultivation or harvesting of marijuana is confirmed, the division of narcotics enforcement shall initiate a criminal investigation, which may lead to the subsequent filing of criminal charges.
