Rule 655-9.8 - Action on petition

(1) In lieu of the words "(designate agency head)", insert "board of nursing".

(2) In lieu of the words "as defined in (contested case uniform rule X.2(17A))", insert "the date of mailing of a decision or order, or date of delivery if service is by other means, unless another date is specified".
