Rule 641-71.1 - Scope

Except as otherwise specifically provided, these rules apply to requirements for the operation of an emergency information system operated by providers of pesticides in Iowa who register with the Iowa department of agriculture and land stewardship (IDALS). These rules do not pertain to registrants who do not operate their own emergency information system.
