Rule 641-40.88 - Records of waste disposal

(1) Each licensee shall maintain records of the disposal of licensed materials made pursuant to 40.71(136C), 40.72(136C), 40.73(136C), 40.74(136C), and disposal or burial in soil.

(2) The licensee shall retain the records required by 40.88(1) until the agency terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record.
