Rule 605-10.17 - Prepaid wireless 911 surcharge

Administration of the prepaid wireless 911 surcharge is under the control of the Iowa department of revenue. To administer this function, the department of revenue has adopted rules that can be found in 701-paragraph 224.6(2)"b" and rule 701-224.8 (34A).
