Except as provided in subrules 63.3(4) and 63.5(2), or as specified in an NPDES general permit issued in accordance with 567-64.4 (455B), records of operation required by these rules shall be submitted at monthly intervals. The department may vary the interval at which records of operation shall be submitted in certain cases. Variation from the monthly interval shall be made only under such conditions as the department may prescribe in writing to the person concerned.
