Rule 531-2.8 - Bids and proposals to conform with specifications

All bids and proposals must conform to the specifications indicated by the lottery. Bids and proposals that do not conform to the specifications stated may be rejected. The lottery reserves the right to waive deficiencies in the bids or proposals if in the judgment of the lottery its best interests would be served by the waiver.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.7, 99G.9, 99G.2I, and 99G.23.
