Rule 531-14.10 - Duplicate licenses

Upon the loss, mutilation, or destruction of any MVM license issued by the lottery, application for a duplicate shall be made. A statement signed by the MVM retailer, distributor, or premises operator that details the circumstances under which the license was lost, mutilated, or destroyed may be required by the lottery.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.9(3), 99G.21(2), 990.24, and 99G.30.
