Rule 491-7.10 - Qualifying time

(1) Each facility shall establish and notify the state steward of the qualifying times to be in effect during the racing meet. Said notification must be made at least three days before the first day of official racing.

(2) The qualifying time shall be posted on the notice board at the track.

(3) Any change in the qualifying time during the course of the meeting shall be made only with the approval of the board of stewards.

(4) Any greyhound that fails to meet the established qualifying time shall not be permitted to start other than in futurity or stakes races.
