Rule 351-11.25 - Final decision

The board shall automatically conduct a review of all proposed decisions that are issued by a presiding officer The proposed decision becomes the final decision of the board without further proceedings imless there is a proper application for rehearing under rule 351-11.27 (17A,68B).
