Rule 283-27.8 - Loan repayment cancellation

(1) Within 30 days following termination of practice as a veterinarian in a service commitment area or a veterinary shortage area, the applicant must notify the commission.

(2) The applicant is responsible for notifying the commission immediately of a change in contact information including, but not limited to, name, telephone number, email address, and location of practice.
