Rule 281-41.500 - Responsibility of SEA and other public agencies

The department shall ensure that each public agency establishes, maintains, and implements procedural safeguards that meet the requirements of rules 281-41.500 (256B, 34CFR300) to 281-41.536 (256B, 34CFR300 ).
