Rule 281-41.123 - Confidentiality of personally identifiable information

All public agencies in the state shall comply with rules 281-41.610 (256B, 34CFR300) to 281-41.626 (256B, 34CFR300) related to protecting the confidentiality of any personally identifiable information collected, used, or maintained under Part B of the Act.
