Rule 21-91.15 - Shrinkage due to moisture

A person who, in connection with the receipt of grain for storage, processing or sale, adjusts the scale weight of the grain to Cornpensate for the moisture content of the grain; or to Cornpensate for losses to be incurred during the handling, processing, or storage of the grain shall do so in accordance with the provisions of Iowa Code section 203.20.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 203.20.
