Whether based on written complaint received by the board or complaint initiated by the board, all complaint files will be tracked by a case numbering system. Once a case file number is assigned to a complaint, all persons communicating with the board regarding that complaint are encouraged to include the case file number to facilitate accurate records and prompt response.
