Rule 11-103.17 - State fleet qualified renewable fuels compliance report

The department shall prepare a state fleet qualified renewable fuels compliance report that shall consolidate information compiled by the department in accordance with Iowa Code section 8A.369. The department shall submit the report to the governor and general assembly not later than March 1 of each year.
