Rule 11-7.18 - Withdrawals

The party that requested an evidentiary hearing regarding department action may withdraw prior to the hearing only in accordance with department rules. Requests for withdrawal may be oral or written. If the request is oral, the presiding officer may require the party to submit a written request after the oral request. Unless otherwise provided, a withdrawal shall be with prejudice.
