Sec. 11.
(a) Each insurer transacting credit insurance in this state shall be responsible for conducting a thorough periodic review of creditors with respect to their credit insurance business with such creditors, to assure compliance with the insurance laws of this state and the rules promulgated by the commissioner.(b) Written records of such reviews shall be maintained by the insurer for a period of no less than five (5) years for review by the commissioner.
