Section 760 IAC 1-32-1 - Authority to promulgate rule

Sec. 1.

This rule [ 760 IAC 1-32 ] is promulgated by the commissioner of insurance pursuant to IC 27-1-3-7, IC 27-1-12-7(dd)(8F), and IC 27-1-12-10(2)(a)(iii) of the Indiana insurance laws.
