Section 68 IAC 3-4-1 - General provisions

Sec. 1.

(a) A person may challenge the certification issued to a minority or women's business enterprise as outlined in IC 4-21.5-3 and 25 IAC 5.

(b) The department of administration, minority business development, shall:

(1) review challenges to certifications; and

(2) make recommendations regarding these challenges to the commission.
