Section 68 IAC 3-3-7 - Compliance monitoring and certification

Sec. 7.

Each casino licensee shall comply with the monitoring and certification requirements established by 25 IAC 5. The commission may request that the department of administration, minority business development assist the commission in determining that the casino licensee complies with IC 4-33-14, IC 4-35-11, and this title. The commission shall be responsible for enforcing the Acts and this title.
