Sec. 1.
A sports wagering operator shall maintain a reserve in the form of cash, cash equivalents, payment processor reserves, payment processor receivables, an irrevocable letter of credit, a bond, or combination thereof, of not less than the greater of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) or the amount necessary to ensure the ability to cover the outstanding sports wagering liability.
