Sec. 2.
(a) Individuals wishing to self-restrict from online sports wagering statewide may do so via the commission's website.(b) Individuals may choose statewide Internet self-restriction for a period of one (1) year or five (5) years.(c) The commission shall maintain an official statewide Internet self-restriction list. The commission shall notify each sports wagering operator of any addition to or deletion from the list by transmitting a notice directly to each sports wagering operator.(d) Sports wagering operators must restrict wagering by statewide Internet self-restriction participants and may not market to statewide Internet self-restricted participants.(e) The statewide Internet self-restriction program is confidential, and the names of restricted persons may be disseminated only by the commission to a sports wagering operator for purposes of enforcement or to another entity designated by statute.(f) Sports wagering operators shall be responsible for the actions of third-party business partners and contractors related to the statewide Internet self-restriction program.Indiana Gaming Commission; 68 IAC 27-13-2; filed 6/25/2021, 2:59 p.m.: 20210721-IR-068200420FRA
