Section 68 IAC 16-1-16 - Reports by the executive director

Sec. 16.

The executive director shall report any action he or she has taken or contemplates taking underthisrule with respectto excursions and excursion schedules at the next meeting held under 68 IAC 1-2-5 oran executive session held under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1.The commission maydirect the executive director to take additional or different action.
