Sec. 6.
Winning wagers shall be paid in the following manner:
(1) A winning wager on the player's hand shall be paid off by a riverboat licensee at odds of at least one (1) to one (1).(2) A winning wager on the banker's hand shall be paid off at odds of at least one (1) to one (1) except that a commission or vigorish may be taken from the amount won.
