Section 646 IAC 2-1-30 - "Workers and job positions at issue" defined

Sec. 30.

"Workers and job positions at issue" means the following:

(1) Those workers and job positions, filled or vacant, at issue between the employer and workers' representative in a labor dispute.
(2) Workers and job positions included in a collective bargaining agreement between an employer and workers' representative.
