Section 631 IAC 1-1-33 - Fees for mediation by the board

Sec. 33.

The charge for mediation by a qualified employee of the board shall be a flat fee of three hundred fifty dollars ($350) for five (5) hours of mediation, with an hourly rate of fifty dollars ($50) for each hour thereafter. No travel expenses will be paid by the parties.
