Section 631 IAC 1-1-22 - Appeal to court of appeals

Sec. 22.

Any party desiring to appeal to the court of appeals from an award of the board must file with the board within fifteen (15) days from the date of the award, a written praecipe designating specifically the pleadings to be incorporated into the transcript for the appeal.
