Section 52 IAC 4-5-3 - Appeal petition defect

Sec. 3.

(a) An appeal petition shall include all information requested on the petition form.
(b) If the board sends a notice of defect, and the petitioner fails to correct or cure the appeal petition, the board may dismiss the appeal under 52 IAC 4-9-5.
