Section 511 IAC 7-32-33 - "Elementary school" defined

Sec. 33.

(a) "Elementary school" means a school that provides any combination of kindergarten and grades 1 through 8.

(b) Nothing in this article is intended to prevent an early childhood program under 511 IAC 7-36-5 from being located in an elementary school.
