Section 511 IAC 6.2-7-2 - Adequate yearly progress integrated into state accountability system

Sec. 2.

The board integrates adequate yearly progress, as defined by the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq.) into the school accountability system created by IC 20-31 and this article.
