Sec. 47.
Directors shall prominently post the following child/staff ratio chart in each class area of the child care center and in the area where parents sign children in on a daily basis:

| Infant | 4 | 8 |
| Toddler | 5 | 10 |
| 2 years | 5 | 10 |
| 30-36 months | 7 | 14 |

| 5 years and older | 15 | 30 |
