Section 470 IAC 3-4.7-45 - Attendance records

Sec. 45.

Written attendance records shall be kept at the child care center, available for review for a minimum of one (1) year and shall document the following for all children, staff, and volunteers:

(1) Daily arrival and departure times.
(2) Dates of attendance.
