Sec. 34.
Staff shall have training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as follows:
(1) At least one (1) caregiver must be trained annually in pediatric CPR and shall be present within the licensed area of the child care center during all hours of operation and with children on field trips.(2) In child care centers licensed for infants or toddlers, all infant and toddler caregivers shall be trained annually in infant or pediatric CPR as appropriate.(3) Training in CPR shall be appropriate to the age of the children for which the child care center is licensed.
