Section 470 IAC 10.3-3-9 - Household members engaged in strike

Sec. 9.

(a) An assistance group is ineligible for assistance under this rule for any month in which a parent residing in the home or the only child in the assistance group is participating in a strike on the last day of the month.

(b) If any other participating member if [sic, in] the assistance group is on strike on the last day of the month:

(1) the individual is ineligible for cash assistance for [sic] under this rule; and

(2) the striker's needs are not to be included when determining eligibility for the remainder of the assistance group.
