Sec. 62.
(a) The child caring institution may use work experience to provide a learning experience for children. The child caring institution shall not use such work experience as a substitute for staff members.(b) The child caring institution may provide work experience and training which is appropriate to the age, health, and ability of the children in care. However, the child caring institution shall not require a child to do work which would interfere with time for school, study, and recreation periods, religious participation, normal community contacts, or visits with family.
