Section 465 IAC 2-9-32 - "Waiver" defined

Sec. 32.

As used in this rule, "waiver" means official permission granted by the SDPW not to meet a specific regulation. No waiver shall be granted from the conditions listed in sections 58 and 59 of this rule.
