Section 465 IAC 2-8-0.5 - Application

Sec. 0. 5.

This rule applies to a guardianship assistance agreement signed before July 1, 2012:

(1) that provides for monthly assistance payments as provided in section 5 of this rule; and

(2) under which payments were made for one (1) or more months before July 2012.
