Section 465 IAC 2-16-9 - "Occupancy costs" defined

Sec. 9.

"Occupancy costs" means facility related costs of a residential treatment services provider including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) Depreciation.

(2) Interest.

(3) Rent.

(4) Utilities.

(5) Building repairs and maintenance.

(6) Property taxes.

(7) Property insurance.
